Logo & social recognition
Your supplied logo appears on the website partner area and the agreed event’s main digital promotion. Community includes one named acknowledgment post each month; Growth adds one brand mention in an event post or Story. Premium includes the same social scope.
Event participation
Growth includes one partner-supplied giveaway at one agreed event. Premium adds a host thank-you, an introduction of up to 10 minutes and a discussion of program ideas. Items, delivery, presenter, content and timing are agreed beforehand.
Months without an event
Community’s website listing and monthly acknowledgment can continue without an event. For Growth or Premium, agree an event date before starting or renewing; we recommend Community-only support in a month without an activation. No unavailable event benefit is assumed to have been delivered.
A lightweight delivery recap
We share the published acknowledgment link and, for an event activity, an available photo or brief confirmation. This is evidence of delivery—not a promise of leads, reach or sales.
Before you commit: dates, payment & changes
The written proposal confirms the start date, participating event, monthly period, tax treatment, payment timing, renewal and cancellation and what happens if an event is postponed. No automatic renewal, refund or replacement benefit should be assumed from this page. Additional filming, custom campaigns and production are separately scoped.
Proposed starting rates only. Benefits, deliverables, event access, payment terms, tax treatment and duration are subject to written agreement. Event benefits apply to agreed events, not every event. Giveaway items and delivery costs are provided by the partner. Talk content, timing and program suggestions are agreed in advance and must fit the event; extra production is quoted separately. Leads, sales, attendance and marketing outcomes are not guaranteed. Attendee personal data is not included.
